1970`s Palm Tree lamp and mirror in acrylic and brass, very unusual and very decorative, have never seen anything like it. From doing research I believe it to be done by Peter DOFF for Bergers design.
When the light is switched on the lucite will illuminate.
Old repair to one of the lucite on the light, but not noticeable when in situ
